Goals For The Month

A Recipe for Treachery

The goal for this book was to have it ready for the January submission date for the Amazon Breakthrough Novel competition. The goal, therefore, was to have the copyedit and proofread completed by the end of the month. I also wanted to rough up the cover blurb.

Pretender’s Games

With a goal of having this book republished by the end of January, I wanted to have the front cover completed, the proofing completed for the print edition and the e-book conversion organized.

Cruise into History

The December goal was to get the background details finished up. That included organizing and posting photos, and writing the final posts on background details. I also wanted to start researching the historical details for the posts on Mycenae and Epidaurus.

Successes

The Amazon contest wasn’t announced in December, so I had extra time to prep. Actually, that gave me more time for celebrating over the holidays. I did complete the copyedit and proofread, but didn’t get started on the blurb.

• Some research done.
• Some posts done, a couple more to be finalized in 2014
• Some photos uploaded.
• Photo organizing, more to do.
