April Goals and Results

Goals:

Pretender’s Games

Make both the e- and print versions available by the end of April.

Ridgeway

This book is almost ready to be edited. The ABNA contest has me thinking about excerpts and openings, so I am taking another look the beginning to see if I should be starting the story in a different way.

Cruise into History

Blog regularly. Like writing, blogging is both a habit and a skill that doesn’t happen unless you work at it. The goal this month is to build the skill and develop the habit.

Write Daily

Now that I have a couple of new writing projects taking shape, I need to begin writing fresh material again. At the same time I also have to keep up with other projects so I need to develop a balance.

Results:

 Recipe for Trouble

Moved forward into the quarter-final round of ABNA, as one of 100 romance titles.

Pretender’s Games

Finalized files and uploaded to Kindle and CreateSpace. The book is now available in print and e-formats.

Ridgeway

Lots of thoughts, little action.

Cruise into History

Didn’t get the work done. Blog regularly is clearly a skill I need to work on

Write Daily

Worked on various projects, but notice that Recipe for Trouble had advanced to the quarter-final round and a trip to Vancouver blew my concentration.
